Product arrived damaged but the customer service to resolve the problem was absolutely marvellous.
The product is very nice but the deliverer left it on my doorstep saying they had left it with a neighbour luckily it was still the there when I arrived home.
Poor quality vase. Made in China, which was disappointing considering how expensive it was. Am still waiting for refund.
Looks good but barely a pinboard. There is no cork behind the fabric. It is almost impossible to push a pin in it even with a hammer.
The lamp I ordered arrived damaged due to the poor packaging which allowed it to move around. Customer services were quick to support and were helpful. The lamp was collected as promised for free over a week ago but I’ve heard nothing since.
